DELIVERY - SPECIAL ORDER

This style, color, size combination is produced especially to fulfill your order. Production time is 7-8 weeks — and indicates the approximate time that shipment to you will begin processing. Transit time to your location is not included in this timeframe. Please plan to receive it at least 2 weeks before your event or wear date to allow time for alterations and transit disruptions. We strongly recommend placing your order at least 4 months before your wear date. If your order is ready earlier, it will be shipped earlier. Rush orders available.

PAYMENT & ORDER CHANGES

Full payment for your order is required when we begin the production of your item. You may change or cancel your order within 48 hours of placement. Unfortunately, we cannot change sizes or cancel orders after that time.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

This Special Order item is returnable for a 25% restocking fee. We accept exchanges on defective or damaged items only. If you'd prefer a different size or style, you'll need to return your item and place a new order for the desired item. Learn more.

SPECIAL ORDER

To accommodate a wide range of wedding themes and bridesmaid's sizes, we offer over 400 unique styles, 200 colors, and 17 sizes. It would be impossible for us to stock every style, color, and size combination. Therefore many style, color, and size combos need to be produced when an order is placed - these are called Special Order. We don't manufacture custom garments using customers’ body measurements. Special Order styles are made especially for your order, ship in several weeks, and are returnable for a 25% restocking fee.

We stock a Ready to Ship selection of our most popular styles, colors, and sizes. Currently, we offer a variety of Ready to Ship options in sizes 00-24 and XS-3X. We review and refresh this mix regularly based on current trends and availability. Ready to Ship styles are in-stock, ship in 2-3 business days, and are fully returnable.
