WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING TIMES?

  • STANDARD: Typically 6-9 business days to your door from placing order.
  • RUSH: Next day turnaround with PRIORITY shipping. Typically 3-4 business days to your door.
  • EXPRESS: Next day turnaround with EXPRESS shipping. Typically overnight or 2nd day service (varies on location) and is the only shipping option that is guaranteed by USPS or your shipping cost refunded.
  • *The daily cutoff for RUSH & EXPRESS orders is 12pm (EST)*
  • Business days are considered Monday-Friday. A tracking number is sent upon shipment. USPS does experience rerouting & delays from time to time. White Confetti Box is not responsible for lost or delayed packages.

WHAT IF I NEED BOXES SHIPPED TO SEPARATE ADDRESSES?

You'll want to check out separately for each address and be sure to update your shipping address as well!

IS THE CHAMPAGNE INCLUDED and DO MY LABELS FIT ANY BOTTLE?

Unfortunately, no. We accidentally drank it all. And we do not ship alcohol unfortunately.

CHAMPAGNE LABELS INFO

  • These labels fit most 187ml mini champagne bottles and are easy to apply — just peel and stick!
  • Be sure to choose a bottle where the base is perfectly symmetrical for the height of the label. If the bottle curves where the label is applied, it'll likely wrinkle around the edges.

I CAN'T FIND AN ITEM LISTED IN MY BOX

We double and then triple check to make sure every box is perfect and all items are accounted for so rest assured it's in there — and likely buried under or in the crinkle paper! Although the items were placed in the box carefully, it is likely that items will shift during transit and need a freshening up.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Unfortunately, we don't ship internationally. Shipping internationally is enormously expensive, as well as there being more opportunity for breakage. Our aim is to provide the perfect gift box, so we feel that significantly increased shipping costs and damaged items takes away from what we do best!

MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED. NOW WHAT?

Ugh — so sorry on behalf of the shipper for treating your package like a touchdown pass. If you find any damages to your box or contents please contact us immediately. We will file an insurance claim on your behalf and replace any damaged items. IMPORTANT — Please take photos of all damages as well as the SHIPPING BOX. Photos are REQUIRED for replacement items during the claims process. Please email us at info@whiteconfettibox.com with clear, detailed photos attached and we'll take it from there! You will be contacted by the insurance company to verify and will be required to sign an affidavit describing the damages. Damages must be reported within 7 days of your delivery date to be eligible.

ARE GIFT BOXES ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN & REFUND?

Unfortunately, no. Due to the made-to-order nature of our business, we don't accept returns.
